Sewerin Acoustic Listening Devices
Ground and slab microphones that amplify the sound of pressurized water escaping a pipe. We use these to isolate leaks to within a few inches on copper, PEX, and PVC lines.
LeakTronics Ultrasonic Leak Detectors
Ultrasonic sensors that pick up high-frequency leak noise in walls and under slabs where standard listening is inconclusive. Especially useful on long underground runs.
Fluke Thermal Imaging Cameras
Infrared cameras that show temperature differences caused by leaking hot or cold water. We use them to confirm acoustic hits and to scan large floor areas quickly.
RIDGID Video Pipe Inspection Cameras
Sewer and drain cameras that let us see cracks, root intrusion, and joint failures inside pipes. We use them when acoustic detection points to a drain or sewer line.
SubSurface Instruments Pipe Locators
Electronic locators that trace buried water and sewer lines so we know exactly where to listen and where to dig. This keeps excavation to a single small hole.
Tracer Gas Detectors
For hard-to-find leaks on non-pressurized lines, we introduce a safe tracer gas and track where it escapes. This confirms leaks that acoustic gear alone cannot pin down.
Calibrated Pressure Gauges and Moisture Meters
We use gauges to confirm a supply-side leak and moisture meters to map how far water has spread. Together they tell us whether the problem is active and how big it is.
